People from any level of shamanistic experience are welcome

(from curious newcomers to seasoned elders)

You will be given the opportunity to learn:

- How to protect yourself and create a safe, respectful, healing atmosphere--sacred space.

- Make a simple altar: a navigational tool to help contact your spirits.

-How to honor the Land Keepers, your Ancestors and the sacred directions of north, west, south and east.

-Learn specific rhythms, how to use a mala and chant fierce protection mantra.

-Experience guided journeys to the spiritual realms of the Lower, Middle and Upper Worlds and learn how to return safely and reliably to ordinary consciousness.

- Perform a shamanic pose from prehistoric Crete that synchronize your energies with nature’s calendar of the soul and relationship with Deep Time.

-Embody, integrate, and engage your spiritual experiences and insights.

-Translate your personal, unique visionary guidance into empowering actions that can remove obstacles and reveal your path.

Typical EFFECTs OF THESE EXPERIENCES

Ethnologists have documented chimpanzees (your closest relatives) performing shamanic rituals that they inherited from their ancestors. Your body’s physical capacity to experience shamanism is also still wild. Only your mind has been tamed.

Basically, a shaman is someone one who knows how to call on a variety of ancient ways still practiced in many of the world’s oldest cultures. In Central Asia, a saaman is known as, ‘One who sees,’ or ‘One who knows the way, or ‘The one who sees in the dark.’

Shamans in the Himalayas today are still invoking the same specific, spirits whom their ancestors called on thousands of years ago. Shamanism is not a New Age fad! Most anyone can easily learn basic shamanic ways. When performed correctly, one of shamanism’s most remarkable characteristics is they are cumulative and long-lasting.

Common effects of shamanistic experiences:

  • Restore balance to your personal connections with your nervous system, your authentic self and the divine.

  • Are likely to increase understanding of your specific life situation.

  • Identify how to ask for help to remove old patterns.

  • Open the way for your creative self to be more expressive.

  • Increase your self-empowerment.
