A Day in the Forest
Come celebrate the Spring Equinox on Saturday, March 19th from 10:30am - 5:00pm with a day of playfully being guided through nature using all of your senses.
The Japanese practice of Shinrin Yoku, meaning “forest bathing” will reconnect your spirit and boost your physical, emotional and mental wellbeing. Forest bathing has volumes of studies and science showing how it helps you reconnect through nature, reducing stress, anxiety and depression.
We’ll be offering a donation-based forest therapy experience in partnership with David Castaldini and the Earth Sangha on Saturday, March 19th to honor the Spring Equinox. You’ll find the schedule below. Please have each individual RSVP separately below. We look forward to seeing you in the forest!
Feel free to email bala@justloveforest.com with questions or for more information.
