We are thrilled to welcome Faye Henry from Touchstone Vibrations to our cozy, heated yurt, alongside Bala and friends, for a transformative 6-hour journey designed for 15 special individuals. This experience is a rich tapestry of nature therapy, meditation, breath work, mindful eating, live music, sound healing, and cacao—each element woven together to nurture self-love and inner peace.

Through guided discussions, we'll explore the pathways to living a life brimming with loving kindness and joy, all by starting with the fundamental practice of loving yourself. Our journey will culminate in a heartfelt tribute to the land and its history, sharing in the communal warmth of a foraged tea.

We warmly welcome everyone, regardless of their ability to pay. That's why we're offering a sliding scale payment option for our Self Love Day Retreat, ensuring that everyone has access to this transformative experience.

Choose Your Contribution:

- Standard Rate: $200 - This rate supports the provision of certified guides, teachers, and facilitators, and contributes to the stewardship of our 716-acre nature preserve. It's our recommended rate, reflecting the value and costs of the retreat.

- Sustainer Rate: $300 - For those who are able and wish to further support our mission, this rate helps us extend this opportunity to others and invest in the ongoing care of Just Love Forest.

- It’s All Good Rate: $100 - We gratefully accept this rate from those who find it more manageable. Every contribution is valued, supporting the forest and the exchange of love and healing.

Add-On Delight: For an additional $25, indulge in a high-quality, organic, vegan lunch, lovingly prepared to nourish your body as our retreat nourishes your spirit.

Comfort in Practice: To enhance your experience, we will provide tri-fold cushions for added support during meditation sessions. If you have a favorite meditation cushion, feel free to bring it along for that personal touch of comfort.

Meet Your Guides:

Bala is a certified forest therapy guide affiliated with the Association of Nature and Forest Therapy, and a dedicated student in Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach’s two-year professional training program at the Greater Good Science Center, University of California at Berkeley, Bala brings a wealth of knowledge in mindfulness, self-compassion, loving-kindness, and meditation. His teachings are practical and accessible, designed to resonate with people from all walks of life.

Faye is the founder of Touchstone Vibrations since 2006, Faye resides in the serene foothills of Northwest Georgia, in a quaint community known as Armuchee. She's a firm believer in the power of attention and intention as daily tools of creation. Faye harnesses the transformative energy of music and the profound vibrations of the gong to clear energy fields, amplify your aura, and facilitate a shift towards wellness and prosperity in every aspect of life.
