We’re excited to have you join us. Please submit which options you’d like to request. Based on availability, we’ll get back to you within 48 hours and answer any questions you may have.

After that you’ll need to make payment within 24 hours to confirm your spot.

You’ll receive an email with all these details below after paying for your reservation.

Onsite accommodation options

To keep costs as accessible as possible, we’re offering three levels of fully hosted accommodations in our beautiful, large glamping bell tents with mattresses and bedding.

Additionally we’re offering a more economical self camping option where we provide a campsite and you’ll provide and set up all your own gear and bedding.

Here are the options with prices. Tax will be added to final payment.

1) Private canvas bell tent: You only or up to one other guest of your choosing @ $330 / person

2) Shared canvas bell tent: You and up to 3 other people that we will pair you with @ $230 / person

3) Group canvas bell tent: You and up to 7 other people that we will pair you with @ $130 / person

4) Self camping: You provide all your own gear @ $80 / person

These fees include all your accommodations for Friday and Saturday nights, departing Sunday as well as access to all events for the weekend.

Day pass only

For those choosing to stay at a hotel or Airbnb nearby in Cave Spring or Rome or just coming up from Atlanta for the day, we are offering a day only pass for $60 that includes Saturday and Sunday only. Friday evening is for overnight guests only.

Arrival and Departure times

Due to the fact that this is a large, beautifully secluded nature preserve, for everyone’s ease and safety we must arrive and depart at designated times. Please let us know any special circumstances and we will do our best to accommodate them.

Friday arrival times for overnight guests only: 4:00pm, 6:00pm and 8:00pm.

Saturday arrival time for all guests: 9:30am

Saturday departure times for all guests: 6:00pm, 10:00pm

Sunday arrival time for all guests: 9:30am

Sunday departure times for all guests: 1:00pm, 3:00pm

You’ll receive more detailed instructions and schedules after payment.

Food

Based on the survey, we will share a communal Friday night dinner for overnight guests for no additional fee. Please bring some washed and uncut veggies and we will prepare and share a tasty vegan stew.

Meal tickets that include Saturday breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as Sunday breakfast cost $70 total. We will publish a more detailed menu closer to the date, but all meals will be vegetarian/vegan, beautifully simple and healthy. We will also provide chai and some special snacks in the evening.

The food ticket is all or nothing. You are welcome to bring your own food but are responsible for providing everything you need (stove, dishes, etc). If you bring your own food, please ensure that you store it in air tight containers.

Facilities

We offer a hot shower, compost toilets and municipal water. Solar lamps, yoga mats and meditation cushions are provided for hosted tents.

This is for you and one other person of your choosing staying in a private hosted glamping tent with a plush queen mattress and bedding. This fee also gives full access to all events. Optional food ticket can be added below.

Number of requested reservations for shared canvas bell glamping tent with 2-3 other people? ($230 / person)

This is for small group accommodations in a hosted glamping tent including mattresses and bedding. If you have requested tent mates we will gather that info when we contact you to confirm. This fee also gives full access to all events. Optional food ticket can be added below.

Number of requested reservations in a shared canvas bell tent with 4+ other people? ($130 / person)

This is for group accomodations in a hosted glamping tent including mattresses and bedding. If you have requested tent mates we will gather that info from you when we contact you to confirm. This fee also gives full access to all events. Optional food ticket can be added below.

Number of requested reservations for self camping? ($80 / person)

You'll provide your own tent and sleeping gear. We'll provide a camping area. This fee also gives you full access to all events. Optional food ticket can be added below.

Number of day passes only - no overnight stay - must arrive at 9:30am - must depart at 6pm or 10pm. ($60 / person)

You'll make your own arrangements to stay offsite, participating Saturday and/or Sunday, arriving and departing at set times for the group. This fee gives you access to all events during these hours. Optional food ticket can be added below.

Number of food tickets? ($70 / person)

This includes Sat breakfast, lunch and dinner and Sun breakfast as well as nightly chai and snacks. This is an all or nothing food ticket.

By checking the box below, I and any guests I'm registering acknowledge that if anyone is hurt or property is damaged during my participation in this activity, I/we may be found by a court of law to have waived our rights to maintain a lawsuit against Just Love LLC on the basis of any claim from which I/we have released them herein.
