Forests are medicine
Remember
Disconnection caused by the human world causes stress, anxiety and depression. This is the source of many ailments we face today and some consider “new normal.”
But for thousands of years forests have healed humans. We’re remembering this wisdom. Renew yourself in a safe, guided, forest bathing experience at Just Love Forest.
Shinrin yuko, the Japanese practice, translated as “forest bathing,” also called “forest therapy” is immersing yourself in nature in a mindful way, using all of your senses (touch, taste, hearing, vision, intuition) to reconnect. This gets you back to your true nature, boosting physical, mental, emotional and social well-being.
Our programs in Poetry, GA are just an hour and a half or less from Atlanta, Chattanooga and Birmingham. All of our guides are trained and certified through the Association of Nature and Forest Therapy.
