40 Days of Spring: Online & Forest Immersion
Spring is a season of awakening, renewal, and deep listening. 40 Days of Spring is an immersive journey designed to help you attune to the rhythms of nature - both within and around you. Through daily sit spot practices, reflection, and community gatherings, you’ll reconnect with the wisdom of the land and the essence of your own unfolding.
This program includes:
- Daily Sit Spot Practice – Engage in Shinrin-yoku, or "forest bathing," by selecting a personal spot outdoors to visit daily, fostering a deep connection through mindful observation and presence.
- Online Community – A supportive space to share experiences, insights, and inspiration.
- Weekly Virtual Wisdom Gatherings – Connect in real-time via Zoom every Wednesday from 7:00 to 8:30 PM, co-hosted by Bala and Kelsey, for guided reflections, meditations, and shared stories.
- Optional In-Person Immersion – Conclude the journey with a full-day experience in the forest on Sunday, May 11th, deepening your connection to nature and community.
