Sacred Winter Solstice Day with Bala

Join Bala for a special day of connection and ceremony on the winter solstice. This day marks the longest night of the year, a time of deep reflection and renewal when we honor the sun’s return and the cycles of nature. Across cultures and throughout history, the winter solstice has been celebrated as a moment to honor the shift from darkness to light, to express gratitude, and to set intentions for the season ahead. People have gathered around fires, created altars, and offered gifts to nature as a way to honor this sacred time.
