Our intentions with Money.

We want to share how the energy of money flows through Just Love Forest. We want you to support as you feel called to with what you choose to offer. Our efforts are of service to nature, including humans, which are part of this awesome design of life. This only reflects our simple projected for 2022. This year is for learning. We will update this annually.

With a seven day experience costing $1,500/person that’s $10,500 with full attendance. Eventually we want run these every other week. That’s $21,000/month. If we operate nine months out of the year, that’s $189,000. We won’t do that in 2021 as we ramp up and learn.

We will host retreats, special events and simple nature weddings. We hope to make $150,000 annually from those.

Hidden costs: $70,000

• Physical maintenance (clearing roads, trees, garden tending, water maintenance) $20,000

• Equipment repair and maintenance (chainsaws, chippers, vehicles, manual tools, tents, furnishings, adobe repairs) $12,000

• Fire protection (creating fire breaks in the forest and removing underbrush) $30,000

Staffing and food for experiences: $56,700

• Staff: $1,680 per 7 day week experience

• Food: $1,470 per 7 day week experience

• Trail expansions and clearing /cleaning existing forest areas $30,000

• Expansion of natural water retention ponds $20,000

• 5 Adobe forest homes $25,000

• Communal meeting space and dining area $30,000

• Garden expansion and planting $10,000

• Small bulldozer: $25,000
